Acer Predator Helios 500 freeze and crash random...

Hi guys, this problem persist when im playing (and yes, even i put the settings low or high) or work with some software ( unreal engine 4, zbrush etc...) the laptop freeze five second and boom his restart normaly. I don't know what's wrong with this super laptop ! I check the temp and is still good but the consomation of cpu is really bad, when im on the desk (with no appliction or other open), cpu usage ~20% !! And my Predator Sense can get 28go ram !!! Wait WATT ?! I don't know what happened !

so what the solution for solve this problem ?! Help ( sometimes he can go to 92degrees and more but i see the temp and his freeze and crashing even under 80, when nothing is open on the desk the temp is ~48 )

Hi @PampaSenor,

I recommend you to try updating the Graphics card & audio card driver to its latest version. That should really do the trick. Please share experience after updating the driver.
