How to fix laptop that switches itself off a few minutes after switching?

I have aan Acer Aspire E1 series . A few weeks ago it started switching itself off and on . I got the fan cleaned, reinstalled windows and recently tried the keyboard reboot . Still the problem persists . Most of the time when it reboots itself , only the blue notification light shows with the fan running but the display doesn't light up (it can stay like this for hours ). If I hard reset and try switching it on again , it just shows the ON notification light and the fan starts running , nothing else . It only lights the display after a few hours off and that's only for less than an hour. Help me please

    Hi GreenKyle,
It is possible that computer is in sleep mode so the display takes a long time to come up. Ones you get the display, do these steps.
    Change sleep mode to never.
    1.  Open Power Options by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Security, and then clicking Power Options.
    2.  Under the plan that you want to change, click Change plan settings.
    3.  On the Change settings for the plan page, choose the display and sleep settings that you want to use when your computer is running on battery (if applicable) and when it's plugged in.
    4.  For more options, click “Change advanced power settings.”
    5.  When you’re done click OK.
Now ones done. Lets uninstall and reinstall the display drivers.
Press the windows logo key + X(on keyboard).
Click on device manager from left panel.
Ones device manager is opened, click on arrow by the side of display.
Now right click on display driver and choose uninstall(make sure you UNCHECK delete driver as we are not deleting the driver).
     Restart the computer and check.

If still the display is not working properly, try BIOS defaults.
    1) Press and hold power button to make sure all lights are off.
2)Now press power button just ones and keep tapping F2 (tap,tap)about 10-15 times till the bios screen loads up.
    3) Ones in BIOS, Press F9 one time and hit enter.
    4) Press F10 one time and hit enter.
This will restart your computer  .
Please let me know if this fixes your issue

@Kamalika sorry for this, but the problem just returned a day later . I retried everything and it's just not working . It also shows some fuzzy static on the screen sometimes before it suddenly suddenly shuts down :(

My Acer Aspire E5-575 series and model No. N16Q2 laptop switches off in less than 10 minutes while on battery with the cord plug out. The battery indicator, however, shows 80% and over full charge. Why the computer cuts off when it should run on battery for over 6 hours?
