Predator Desktop overheating and shutting down.

I got this Predator from Costco and I've barely used it in the last year. I recently started playing SCUM and today especially I have had several shutdowns. I believe it is because of overheating. I have no idea how to measure the temperature, but when I look through the side with a flashlight the only fan I see is on the graphics card and it's not moving very fast. You'd think it would speed up with it being so hot.

How can I fix this? Why aren't their more fans?

A gaming computer that shuts down while playing a game is not much use.

Which model do you have? There should be a fan in the power supply, a fan on the processor a fan on the case and the fan on the graphics card. Depending on model it might have more or less than that. The fans are typically run at the speed that best holds proper operating temperature, speeding up when hot, slowing down when not. There are lots of apps you can run to monitor temperature. I run one called Core Temp that gives me a couple of temperature readouts on my tablet. Let's try and diagnose the problem instead of just assuming it's temperature related. Run one of the temp display apps and watch the CPU temp to see if it's hitting 100°C, the normal thermal shutdown temp.

I'm running SPECCY. It shows nothing about 30c at the moment, but after a shutdown I'll check it after it restarts and the cpu and graphics card will be about 76c.  So it's probably higher than that when it decides to shut down.

I have a fan on the cpu and on the graphics card but they don't turn very fast and I don't detect any change in speed when I'm running a game and the computer is getting hotter.

There is no fan in the case.

If the power supply has a fan but I can't hear or feel any air moving from it.

The computer is relatively new. I bought it about a year ago but have barely used it since. There is almost no dust inside the case.

The model is Predator G3. I bought it at Costco.

Watch SPECCY and see where it goes when playing games. 76°C is fine, 100°C is not.
