charger plugged in and out by itself

I have a problem in aspire 5750G laptop  which is when i plugged in my charger it plugged out by itself after about 20 min of using then what i do is taking off the charger and plugged it in the laptop again but what  happens is that i had the same problem after 1 to 3 min. but when i start any game it plugged out directly after launch it .
the weird thing is when the charger is plugged in the charging light illuminates but when it plugged out by itself the light start to signals.
if anyone knows a solution for this can you please help me

Can you disconnect the battery and verify that the problem remains with the notebook only by using the power adapter as the power source?

How long have you had that battery? It is possible that the battery life is over!

i thought of that so test with new battery but that changed nothing

Try it:

a) uninstall the battery driver and disable quick startup if you are using windows 10:

b) then turn off the notebook and unplug it from the electrical outlet; disconnect the battery and press the power button for thirty seconds and then test!

Searching for some bios update for your model, I saw that some version brought fixes to the battery! I recommend you the latest version of bios (1.21) and see if the problem is solved: https://www.acer.com/ac/pt/BR/content/support-product/3475?b=1

However it is important to remember that a bios update can cause your notebook to turn a brick and so I do not take any responsibility for any damage! Do it at your own risk!

i have win10 but Operational system says only for win7 and win8

There are no problems! You can update the bios through windows 10! However as I told you before, it is a risky procedure and I do not take any responsibility for any damage! It may also not solve your problem, but I would try to update!

is the device connected to power supply if not please connect the power supply and try the update. ( It's not recommended to update BIOS until unless it's important )

To update the bios, it is necessary that the power adapter is plugged into the notebook, as the bios can not be updated using only the battery power!
