hello sir madam can you give me
the crisis mode file for acer Aspire ES1*432-C79F

the unit is dead after the bios update from your website
there is no crisis mode bios file in your support group
so im asking you please give me the file
so we can revive my laptop

im sure that its bios problem because while im updating it there has been a power fluctuation in my area
"BROWNOUT" so the unit is dead now

also i have extracted the file
ZQF_117.exe and found isflash.bin
i tried to put it in a usb device and flash it through crisis mode the usb is 2gb fat32 format using diskpart command on windows by pressing fn+esc and the cursor is blinking
but after a while the blinking of the to led is blinking at the same time even if i leave it for 2 hours still the same
i also tried to rename to FQZ.FD BIOS.FD isflash.FD FQZx64.fd FQZ11x64.fd and also ME.fd
but it seem it does not work at all
can someone please provide me the exact
crisis file .fd file so we can revive this laptop
i already tried this method on acer aspire one and acer aspire e15 so i know how it work
i just need the proper file
hope acer support does not sucks just like last time that does not even care after purchase :(
upload it to your website or mediafire etc please thanks

When you that "cursor is blinking", are you referring there is power or battery light? In what part of the bios update did the power fail? How are you performing the recovery crisis method? If the battery light is blinking, have you tried rebooting the battery? If the bootblock area has been corrupted, then in this case it will be necessary to re-record the bios in the Acer service centers!

what i need is the original .fd file for this unit sir. i use fn+esc the blinking is good at the start it supposed to power off after successful flash. both cursor is only blinking together after the one only blinking
  • Then disconnect the notebook from the power and reset the battery before doing the recovery crisis procedure! To reset the battery, press the battery for five seconds:

Then leave the notebook off for five minutes and test! See if it goes into the bios! If you do not enter the bios, try now to do the recovery crisis process as the uploaded file shows! It shows the steps needed to recover the bios! Unfortunately I did not find the .fd file, but usually just rename the .bin file!

Pages 91 & 92 describe the procedure.  If the ZQF.FD file cannot be located to run the UEFI based flash, then an alternative is the DOS based flash, explained toward the bottom of the webpage.
The main point of the "How-To Geek" tutorial is to avoid the Windows based flash.
Hopefully the motherboard did not just keeled over.

This is for you "Notrap" and for "Larongpating" and to all the owners that are having these bricked laptop BIOS problems. Do a "BIOS Flash Utility" and this is how to build a "Crisis Flash Drive" btw, all the files that are need and required are in the last BIOS update folder of the v1.28 dated 2019/02/15 and titled "Change memory speed" from the Acer site for this laptop that you should update your laptop to.

Follow these instructions from the "Acer Service Manual" for the “BIOS Flash Utility Process” that I've included as an attachment below but, be very careful as you need to have experience in recovering, restoring and updating the BIOS and if you don’t? You will brick your laptop/computer to an unrecoverable state and it will need expensive and expertise repair "SO BE WARNED" before attempting this “BIOS Flash Utility”. Good luck and hope this helps.
