I'm losing my mind.

Hi all. First of all, thank you very much for the suggestions you guys gave me with my problem. Sad to say, they haven't worked at all. My laptop is still heating up within 5-10 minutes of playing a game. The temperatures are all in the high 90s. One time, it even reached 100. I'm baffled. On top of this, my laptop sometimes won't turn on without resetting the internal battery. I'm so done with this. Thank you @Red-Sand for the help and your guides. I tried each and every one of them. Unfortunately, they didn't seem to work. I factory reset my laptop and tried it again. Still no success. At this point, any help is appreciated. TIA

I'm sorry for your heating problems! If undervolting did not solve your problem, it is possible that the exchange of the thermal paste processor for another of better quality solves your problem!
Before proceeding with the hint below, check that there is a warranty seal on the ram compartment screws and also ask the technical support if opening the ram compartment violates the warranty!
Regarding the fact that the notebook is not turning on, see if the interrupt button is being pressed properly:

Then put a few layers of electrical tape to press this button:

If the battery reset and this interrupt button tip does not work, I believe the battery should be replaced!

Sounds to me like a lemon.
If following my guides didn't help and a factory reset still causes shut down issues then I would return the laptop for a replacement or send to Acer for repair.
    It's not normal.

I agree with @Red-Sand if u tried everything (even repaste it yourself with a good paste if there aren't any seals to void warranty) and nothing worked just send it back asap
