Warranty Registration

Hi, I need help. I'm trying to register for the warranty however every time I enter the serial it keep saying that its invalid or that the warranty has expired. Just bought this last 10/28/18. I am certain that the serial # is correct because that's the serial # showing under the Acer Care. Kindly help me. Thank You.

There are certain steps you need to follow:

1.You will have to send the serial number and invoice to this email acersupport@in.aegisglobal.com and tell them you want to extend the warranty they will register your product and a confirmation mail will be given to you within couple of hours.

2.After completing step 1 go to https://www.shopacer.co.in/ under offer redemption tab fill in the details and click proceed then under consumer offers click purchase extended warranty enter serial number with invoice date then u will be able to see the amounts u want to purchase click proceed and then pay.

3.after completing step 2 a confirmation mail will be given to your registered mail within 5minutes then go to http://apn.acer.co.in/loginpage.aspx under end customers tab click reseller warranty registration there fill in the details (even if the pop up appears serial not registered don't worry its normal)proceed as it says and don't forget to enter Easy Care Serial Number that's important after completing this your warranty will be extended.

You can check the extended warranty under https://www.shopacer.co.in/ under offer redemption tab fill in the details and click proceed click warranty validation and hit check warranty validity hope this helps if it does hit like and accept this answer
