Firmware update for faulty fan curve on SP513-52NP

Why is the fan curve so messed up?

First thing i noticed when i turned on the laptop, was that the fan was constantly on. And running at a fairly high rpm, for no reason. Machine might be idle and fans would still be going at 50% fan speed.

I've had to install notebook fancontrol to turn the fan off for temps below 60c. Now the machine is fairly nice to use, on battery it's virtually silent 90% of the time. Like right now, i have email client and firefox with 12 tabs open, and cpu is 41c with fan at 0 rpm.

Someone really messed it up, and this machine isn't nice before you manually adjust things as they should be.
