Acer Aspire F5-573 does not recognize the Headset with microphone

The headset work on other devices, the Realtek Audio Driver is updated, the 3.5 mm port works too, in general all the components are updated, what could it be?

• Try these steps:

• • Uninstall your audio driver: in Device Manager, right-click (or press and hold) the audio driver, and then select Uninstall.  (Try to disconnect the internet and then restart the unit.) Restart your device and Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.
