Hey guys. i recently got this laptop and i must say i'm very disappointed. Gaming performance was the main reason i bought this laptop and i'm not getting any of the fps as suggested by the benchmarks.
In dota 2 i get 70-90 fps(benchmark -120 fps ultra) regardless of the setting level(u might argue that its playable but there's microstutter), in cs go i get aroung 100-140 fps(bm-210 fps very high) and in fortnite i can barely cross 100 fps even when i drop the settings to low.
I've tried everything, updating and downgrading drivers, checked for vsync and even reset my pc but to no avail. There was this one instance when dota 2 ran at 200 fps while playing offline in low settings but when i went online to spectate a game it dropped back to 60 -70 fps . games like gta 5 run at 70 fps very high whereas according to bm it should be 110 avg.I waited 8 long months before buying this laptop and now when i finally have it this happens :/ I'm running out of ideas and returning this laptop isn't an option. . Has anybody come across this problem or is it just me? Any suggestions??? Please help!!!

Try Acers Nvidia Driver for your model, it works the best

You sure it's not a network issue since it works fine offline?

no i don't think it is a network usage. while playing fortnite and gta 5 i just realized i was getting only 50-60% gpu usage whereas in benchmark videos it would mostly be at 99%. i think this is the issue but the clock speed seems to be fine, the gpu runs at ~1800mhz (tested using msi afterburner). could something be capping the gpu usage?
