Battery at 0% Plugged in but not charging. When the indicator for battery lights up it charges a little bit, but then it does not charge when the indicator is off. It lights up for 15 seconds and it doesn't light up for 20 seconds

It is a risk certainly and if you have sudden power loss commonly at your home I wouldn't recommend it.

Alternatively you could try booting into your BIOs
(F2 on startup) then press F9 to default the BIOs then F10 to save & exit and see if that helps.

Lastly you could go into device manager and uninstall the battery driver (Not both, just the driver with the longer name) then immediately reboot and see if that helps.

If the above fails to work then sending it to Acer for repair is your best bet.

    Hi,
You could try a battery reset, switch off the laptop, disconnect from mains, follow the instructions in the video, leave the laptop to rest for a while before starting again.

I did it already, I also posted a Battery Report, is my battery broken? or do I just leave it charging overnight?

If its the latter I'll reply tomorrow.

I'm adding this. Praying for a software fix, or just simply charging it overnight - assuming that it doesn't explode causing a fire:

Try updating your BIOs to 1.13

But the battery is at 0%, I read that it would be dangerous to update bios if the laptop doesn't have power.

Bios is at 1.04, tempted to update, but yeah, I'm at home, although no power outage for the past 6 months now, still, the risk is heavy - if the laptop gets bricked only a motherboard replacement is the solution. I'll try the "default" thing, I already tried the uninstall battery driver and it didn't work. Also, I tried to shut down and just let it charge for awhile but it didn't work.

it's still at 0% but somehow it's charging faster now. I'll try to let it charge while it's shut down. Thanks a lot.
