don't understand how to get help

Hello, I have just got my new acer aspire t tc-865-NESelecti3 https://www.newegg.com/global/sa-en/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883101686&cm_re=i3_8100-_-83-101-686-_-Product when I connected the caple to the pc the power supply it exploded it was set on 115 can I return or get a new one or is it not allowed?

    I changed the 115 to 230 and pressed the power button but nothing happend also there is no copy of windows or is it already installed?

    can someone explain to me how to get help through Acer support?

    I have just visited the local Acer ASP and the said they can't do anything because the don't have the parts number and the parts what am I supposed to do right now?

    what I meant with this is a just plugged the power cable and I assume that the power supply exploded I didn't even press anything I want a replacement where do I ask or request this?

    Yes indeed I contacted them and they will give me a replacement thank you.
    I will see if the replacement process is going to be successful.

    Newegg usually keeps its word. Hopefully the replacement will work flawlessly.
