Whenever I turn on computer after a while I get this message (from Japanese to English)
"Notice of service termination. Acer Portal service ended on Sep 30, 2018. All files are still in the cloud storage of the individual you set up. Local access is possible. For details, please check this site FAQ."
Is there a way to disable this message?
Any help in this regard will be appreciated.
Thank you.

If you are still receiving end of service notifications from BYOC Apps, Acer has recommended uninstalling all abApps and the AOP framework.
Please follow the steps in the below weblink :

Hi, Sharanji, thank you very much for the reply with the URL link. I used the link and followed step 1 to step 5 then I got to delete entries Acer Cloud and PicstreamAgent from Task scheduler. After doing that the Notification stopped appearing
    on the computer screen.

But when I click Start in Apps there is a Acer Portal Icon IF I click, the same Notification appears. Should I delete that Acer Portal Icon or leave as it is?

    Thank you

PS: after your reply I will click on helpful :)

Sorry for the delay in response. You can go ahead and delete the Acer Portal Icon once you delete the entries from Task scheduler.

Hi, thank you for the reply.
I can't see  "YES" to click "if the comment answers your question."
