Nitro 5 Shuts Down on Battery If The Laptop Is Moved. How to fix it ?

Bought Acer Nitro 5 AN515-51-518M on February this year. Been facing this major problem since couple months back..This problem was not frequent at first but now it happens very often. When I'm on battery, if i move the laptop to change position or something it shuts down completely. Then if try to turn it back on it doesn't..Then again if i move the laptop and keep trying then suddenly it starts..Seems like it sometimes disconnects from its battery..This doesn't occur when laptop is on power(plugged in). I bought it from my country(Bangladesh). Today i ran a warranty info search on Acer's official website using my SNID and it says no information was found...Is my laptop even valid/legit ?
Anyways, is there any way to fix the problem ? Or should i just talk with the shop from where i bought it..Although i already went to them and explained my problem and they said that it will take 4 Weeks+ to fix it..Since i had my finals upcoming, I didn't give the laptop yet..Why would it take 4weeks+ I never understood..Any solutions ?

Since its under the warranty send the unit for a repair. It looks like its a hardware issue. normally it will take 2weeks for the repair timing i guess, but the hipping time is also there. contact the acer for exact info. check the link below hope it will be useful to you.
