Hi My laptop model is not listed on acer India website. so its a tricky to know about it, it latest model there is not much information, only confusion is why the task manager and cpu z application showing there are 4 ram slots, i now its not possible that an ultrabook has 4 ram slots0

@PankajS Hi there mate. To be sure how many Ram slot you really have. Just open your RAM bay or your laptop itself where you can access your RAM slots. If you are confused why both software don't show actualities, maybe because of the Memory channels your processor supports and this is also caused because your Motherboard supports up to 4 RAM slots. maybe 4 Removable RAM or 2 Removable+2 Integrated/Soldered or 4 Integrated/Soldered RAM configuration in it.0

yeah, it make sense that MB support 4 slot and laptop has two. I am not able to open it as it void warranty0

SF315-52G has two removable RAM slots which can take up to 2 x 16GB 2.4GHz or greater modules = 32GB max. Go to crucial dot com for DDR4 specifications. Yes the bottom case must be removed to access the slots. Jack E/NJ

If there are no seal tapes, you can probably open to laptop to upgrade the RAM. Jack E/NJ

There is seal on back, cannot void warranty, as i extended warranty for 2 more years0

Then you have 2 choices if you want to add RAM. Have an ACER certified shop do it for you. Or risk voiding the warranty and do it yourself. Jack E/NJ

Hi
Dis you taken any photo of main board when you removed the ram or video? I need to upgrade too but not sure if it has slot. Also opening swift 3 is also bit hard0 -
Here is the pic. The ram slots are under the steel box. There is only one screw you need to remove and then apply little pressure to pull the box open. Hope this helps.0
