Ideally, if your device is supported, the RW_Legacy firmware is the safest way to convert to Windows.
Full ROM, which requires disabling the write-protect screw/jumper, is the least safe route & which is most likely to brick your device.
Because it does not appear that your device is on this webpage, it's not possible to have a stand-alone Windows OS on your Chromebook.

Thank you but I'm still wondering how to disable the read and write protection or where the jumper or screw is

The holidays are coming.  The easiest solution is to buy a Windows 10 laptop that is on sale or drop a big hint to a family member what you want for Christmas.

    From MrChromebox.tech:
"At startup, the Firmware Utility Script will automatically detect the device, OS, and current firmware type, and restrict the available menu options based on this information. An override is available for users who really know what they are doing (or really want to try and brick their device - though the script will do its best to try and prevent you from doing this)."
N.B., in the image below only the RW_Legacy firmware is available & just for the Spin 11 (R751T), not CP511-1H.
Note also that write-protect is enabled.

I know its an old thread, but how long did you leave the battery detached for cmos to clear, so it could get into dev mode?
