    Hi Deshwanth,
If you are getting a beeping sound when ever you are typing something with the keyboard then it could be that you have by mistake enabled the toggle key or sticky keys.

    1) Ways to disable toggle keys and sticky keys.
    2) From start/ click Settings/ Click on Ease of access/Click on keyboard/
Find Toggle Keys, slide it left to turn it off. Find Sticky Keys, slide it left to turn it off.
Ones done click save if you get the option.
    Check after that.
If you are still getting the beeping sound, try uninstalling and reinstalling the keyboard driver. Steps to follow.
    1) Press windows logo key +X
    2) Click on device manager from left  panel.
3)Click on the arrow by the side of keyboard.
    4) Now right click on HID driver and click on uninstall ( Make sure you uncheck the box that states delete driver, as we don't want to delete the driver.)
    5) Restart computer and check if issue is fixed.

Let me know if These steps could fix your issue.

No its not a beeping sound ,its the clicking sound which comes continuously independent of keyboard usage, and i think the sound comes from the fan.

    Hi Deshwanth,
Thanks for your response.  If you think the sound is coming from Fan please check if the thermal cable is loose or not.
Also try doing a BIOS defaults so that we can eliminate any driver issue causing this. Steps to follow.
    1) Shut down computer.
2)Keep tapping F2 when you turn on the computer to go to system utility screen.
    3) Press F9 one time. Press Enter.
    4) Press F10 one time. Press enter.
System will restart . Please let me know if this fixes the issue.

It can either be something got sucked into the fans and is clicking as it spins or it's the HDD clicking.

I recommend running a S.M.A.R.T test on the HDD to make sure its working good.
You can also unplug the HDD if you have the OS on the SSD and see if clicking disappears.

If its not the HDD you can try cleaning out the fans or send it to Acer to clean for you.

    Hi Deshwanth,
In order to check if the thermal cable near the fan is loose or something interfering in the fan, you  will need to carefully take out the back panel .
Please check and let me know.

Your Helios may or may not have a safety sticker over one of the screws holding the back panel. If its present and your device is within warranty, I would not recommend tampering with that sticker as that may lead to warranty being void.
