My swift 3 show no bootable drive

My swift 3 show no bootable drive and I can’t change the boot mode because I don’t have this option. It just show secure boot in the boot menu. I try to change secure boot to Disabled but nothing happen. How can I open the computer angin! Who can help me as it is difficult to send to Japan fix center as 
I don’t know janpanese.

    The term No bootable device refers to the HDD or SSD or CD/DVD because these are the Primary bootable devices. I would suggest you to check if the HDD or SSD of your device gets recognized. 

    to check go to BIOS and under Information look for HDD or SSD and next to it check for Serial Number or model number. If it does show then HDD is detected and if not HDD is gone bad.

    so after check the HDD show none that mean my drive is dead right? But I can’t understand I never fall it down why the drive can suddenly cannot use?

    if it shows nothing next to HDD then HDD cable has probably gone loose or failed to detect. This could happen if the HDD has bad clusters.
