Greetings acer community. First of all, I am in a real panic mode, and I'm not thinking straight. Maybe thats why I'm having trouble figuring out where the primary HD is on this Predator PH317-51G   SNID: 82100677134. I found the secondary immediately, thats not the issue. I need to get important data from my primary drive. Thank you

    Hi FoShizzle,
The primary drive is in c Drive of your computer.
So open file explorer from the task bar and click on This Pc.
This will show the drives in your computer.

No no. Where is the primary drive physically located? How do I access it?

    Hi FoShizzle,
Thanks for your response. I am attaching a picture of where to get the primary storage compartment. But please be carefull if you decide to open it as this may VOID the warranty. Let me know if this was of help.

so the main HD is not an SSD? It's some foreign looking ram stick memory? I don't get it.

Dude you gotta open the bottom of the laptop to get to the m.2 drive.

Check this video on how to open the bottom (not the access doors, the entire bottom).

This literally is the same as your last answer.
Not what hes asking at all.

Also opening those access doors does NOT void warranty.

Even opening the entire bottom of the laptop does NOT void warranty unless he breaks something opening it. In the U.S it is illegal to void a warranty for repairing/upgrading any electronics device.
