predator helios 300 PH315-51 / PH315-51-51V7 is getting too hot while gaming

i would like to know is there any chance of damage to my laptop since the temperature while gaming is too high( cpu varies from 85 to 95 degree for any game and gpu at 70 or 80 degree depending on the game).

    There is no chance to damage the CPU and GPU because of high temperature, but it increases the amount of wear on the components by a bit.

    I personally wouldn't want my CPU to go above 85C average and the GPU above 82-83C. You can reduce the CPU temps by undervolting it and using a cooling pad even if it doesn't have fans.
    Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

    Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
