I want to undervolt my cpu (i5 7300HQ)

can someone tell me what voltage i should keep for lowering the temp of my cpu? Acer Nitro 5

    Set -100mV as offset, then keep reducing the voltage until the system crashes. Restart and set the voltage offset to the last stable value. You should have a stress test or a CPU stress test running, while undervolting to ensure best stability.
    Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

    Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

    I did it bro, it’s -0.170 now. Do you think is good?

    I did it bro, it’s -0.170 now. Do you think is good? 
    Edit: not good haha, I tried in fortnite and it crashed, so I set it in -0.120 and it’s perfect now, under 75 degrees (celcius). Thanks for the help.
