Hi, since many of you might be familiar with  the fact that the both the usb 2.0 ports in helios 300 are tighter than usual, but while trying to plug in a wifi adapter i broke 2 of the 4 pins present in the usb ports while trying to forcefully insert the same, the same things happen when i tried to do the same with the other usb 2.0 port, while the 3.0 port works fine, now i'm only left with one usb 3.0 working port and a usb c with usb 2.0 interface port, is there and chance i can get it fixed or i should go the mac way and carry a usb 3.0 hub

On my G3-572 they aren't tight they are as normal as they could be so seems to my that you might had a manufacturing glitch in your hands, i would return it to warranty asap and if they were so tight as you said before u should had contact acer support right away for warranty and not try to force it like u did (it's just my opinion) but like i said send it to warranty asap if it's still under it

My Nitro 5 also has tight USB port pins. My earlier Nitro was replaced due to some issues but that too had tight ports, but are not that difficult that you to force the device in them. As said above by @xapim , get in touch with Acer ASAP.

Don't forget to accept my answer if I was able to help you out!
