keyboard not working after turbo boost driver installing on windows 10

i have acer aspire A517-51-55KG intel core i5-7200 2.5GHZ running windows 10 pro 64 bit operation system and when i install the windows every thing work fine after the installation of the drivers the keyboard stop working and i think the turbo boost driver is the problem so i delete it and the problem is still, please i need help soon as possible

    Hi Mahdibenali1997,
    Please try to uninstall and reinstall the keyboard driver and check if this fixes the issue.
    Go to Device manager from the search.
    Now look for keyboard. Right click and press uninstall (make sure to uncheck delete driver if that is highlighted)
    Restart computer to put a fresh copy of keyboard driver.
    Now check if the keyboard is working.
    Try Fn+F7 together. See if that enables the keyboard.

    i try all of this install and uninstall drivers and the problem is still

    Thanks for your response. Please go to all settings/ease of access/keyboard/
    Under keyboard settings make sure that "Filter keys  is turned off".Then close the window .
    Check if keyboard working.
     If still not please try to update the keyboard driver by going to acer website.
    http://www.acer.com/worldwide/support/
    Now go to support and click on drivers and download.
    Type the snid and find.
    Under drivers look for the keyboard drivers and download the latest. 
    This should fix your issue.

    thanks for your help i resolve the problem with  its mouse driver so i update my windows and every think work so good
