Hi, I recently bought an Acer Swift 3 and have been using for a few days now. Yesterday I noticed that the keyboard bulges a little in the back middle/right. When laptop's hinge Is open I can see a widened gap in the seam of the laptop.

It is somewhat hard to see in the photo but you can tell that one side of the seam is fairly wider then the other. I would like a second opinion on this, should I contact Acer support for this encase it causes a problem? or does this look like a minor difference in the laptop.

    Hi @TheGuy,

I dont think it will make much harm for the unit as its a small bludge on the side of the unit. I might have been even in shipping. But if its disturbing you a lot you can contact the acer support. Check the link below for support.

Actually Ive completely solved my problem, I literally applied a bit of pressure to the bulge and snapped the 2 pieces back into place, now the seam is perfect again, no bulge or gap.

I think I was getting a little too worried  =)

I was just worried if it could cause future damage to the computer, as long as it doesn't effect the performance or break the laptop then its fine for me. It is also near the heat vent so it could also just be some warping, If it causes any issues ill use that link you sent
