swift 3 SF315-51G graphics card(mx 150) and hinge issue and poor service

Sir , I bought the laptop on 21 June 2018 , after purchasing I was facing the issue of frame drop from the first day on mx 150 while integrated graphics was working well (gives constant frame rate without frame drops) so I thought it was issue of drivers but even after reinstalling the drives and updating them the problem was not solved . And after one month of use I noticed a new problem , the hinge started to make noise while opening and closing , I registered complaint on acer but after service they loosened the lid that sometime it may move automatically with only little force, like i move the laptop the lid starts moving here and there and the graphics card issue was also not resolved then I again registered the complaint for graphics card problem but of no use they closed my complaint without giving my laptop back to me then somehow i managed to get my laptop back after 15 days even then the issue was not solved ,they were saying that it is working fine but when I tried to play games I again started to face the same issue and hinge also goes here and the with only application of large force .My friend have the same model of the laptop and he is also facing the same hinge problem Acer says that the products are passed from this and that quality control is this the quality control that the hinge will not for only 1 month and even after servicing the issue will not be resolved . Also the graphic card problem that I am facing is also faced by some other users so where is the support system of acer , I want my system to work fine .I can provide you proof videos and reviews if you want them also case ids-******** and ******** .what should I do now

    Try a factory reset using the ALT+F10 cold boot method shown in the video below. If this doesn't resolve the graphics issue then register a new complaint for warranty repairs. Jack E/NJ
