is it ok if i uninstall the graphics from control panel and then install the acer 1?
if u have the same laptop as mine then first download the driver package from website and turn off wifi and from device manager >> display adapter>> uninstall device i.e. both driver and tick the box to delete the driver software and after that restart the pc, then finally install the downloaded driver package (make sure internet is off so that windows cant download drivers before you) and also dont forget to install raedon settings app which is in separate folder u will see it after extracting the driver files

no, my display is fine maybe in ur laptop the night light feature is on or there is a blue light filter option which is on in acer quick access settings.
you should check that and if that doesnt help then try calibrating the colours of the display and if problem is not solved get the display replaced if ur laptop is still in warranty
but still u can change RGB colours to make the display more white like
