problem with ac/dc adapter

My labtop model is aspire vn7-591g series
my adapter doesnt work last night
and i find an adapter at home with output 19.5V - 7.7A ( original one is 19V - 7.1A)
just wondering will there be any problem if i plug in the 7.7A adapter with my laptop?

    I would not recommend using anything higher than the original adapter. initially it may seem to work good but in future it might damage the product itself. Like sparks for burning smell. 

    If you think your computer is under warranty then contact acer support and they should be able to help for free in getting a replacement.

    AC adapters (didn't look for DC adapters) priced at $27 with free international shipping & free return.
    It would be very upsetting to have a $1200 device fried, just to save $27 & a little time.  "Penny wise, but..."
