What is a safe temperature range for gaming? And will it degrade my laptop over time?

Hello, I got the Acer Predator Helios 300 laptop around 1 week after its release. I'm loving it so far. But I noticed that sometimes the surface of the laptop can get really hot while playing most graphically-demanding games. I only found out about PredatorSense a few days ago and I noticed that when playing games the internal temperature hovers around 70-75°C. For extended gaming of 1-2 hours or sometimes even longer (per day), will these temperatures degrade my laptop? I really like this laptop and I want it to last for at least 3-4 years so any tips on avoiding negative long-term effects will be helpful.

As far as i know those are the normal temps when gaming you can try to undervolt it with ts and msi afterburner and even re-paste it with liquid metal if you feel that you are not happy with the temps just follow @Red-Sand tutorials here on his youtube channel and in the fb page.

75 C is a very good temperature for a gaming laptop. Just be mindful of dust buildup in the fans.
No worries about 3-4 years of life!
