Will Samsung 970 Evo Series - 250GB PCIE NVME - M.2 Internal SSD work with acer predator helios 300

I have an Acer Predator Helios 300
CPU: i5 8300H @2.3GHz
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050ti
RAM: 8 GB

I want to know how to know the ssd slot of my laptop. 
I want to buy the Samsung 970 Evo Series - 250GB PCIE NVME - M.2 Internal SSD is it compatible with my laptop? Or plz suggest some ssd below.

    Yes helios 300 supports nvme but my advice is if you don't need such speed (which im guessing u wont) because nvme its good to work with extreme video editing and file copying/processing etc u wont see any improvements on games if that's what you are getting it for as far as windows boot speed m.2 sata III its enough (in my opinion) i would just upgrade to a larger and faster m.2 sata III for ex i upgraded my 128 liteon m.2 to a 2tb wd blue 3d nand and pretty happy with it because for the price of 1tb nvme i got 2tb and to me its the space that matters, nvme it's still too expensive for larger ones (1tb up) it's just my opinion you are the one you decide what to do to your money lol :p

    It is not recommendable, put in socket m, a m2 ssd bym key as well you say if the speeds are higher, it is not common sense to install a lower speed sata, this long plaz may be negative for the disk.

    i was talking about m.2 my 128 liteon is m.2 i upgraded it to a wd m.2 but not nvme normal m.2 500mb (something) speed
