Hi,

I'm using Acer Switch 10 laptop. My laptop's specs:

Intel Atom Z3735F (quad-core) 1.33 GHZ (1.83 with turbo boost)
2 GB DDR3 RAM
64-Bit compatible system, using Windows 8.1 32-Bit

Thinking about updating my laptop to Windows 10. Should I upgrade this laptop to Windows 10? If yes, should I install 32-Bit or 64-Bit one?

Waiting for responses.

Three reasons. (1) You will likely have a device driver nightmare (2) Even if the nightmare is resolved, the next major Win10update will likely result in yet another device driver nightmare (3) Major Win10updates are rapidfire, heavyhanded & typically only supported for 18mos or less. That means if you successfully install the latest v1809 that  released 2 weeks ago, its maintenance support ends April 2020. Nearly three years BEFORE Win8.1 support ends.  Such is the new and unimproved Microsoft lifecycle policies https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/13853/windows-lifecycle-fact-sheet
