Acer is not sending replacement keyboard even after 3 weeks.

My Acer aspire a515-51g keyboard stopped working 4 weeks after purchase.
I gave it to service centre and Acer has not sent replacement keyboard even after 3 weeks.please sent keyboard.acer should provide service for such expensive product or it should be made good quality.
