windows 10 Asking to activate windows after motherboard change

I recently changed the motherboard on my acer aspire tc 780 to a B250H asus motherboard and now its telling me to activate windows 10 even though it was activated before i changed my motherboard is there a way i can activate my windows 10 without using my acer aspire tc 780 motherboard and without buying windows 10 new.

    Microsoft has tried a new way of activating the windows operating system. Instead of providing product key they have added the product key in the motherboard. So, when you change the mother board the product key would not get detected with the new mother board. 

    You can try to capture the product key from the older motherboard and try to activate the operating system.
