Acer TC-885 upgrade graphics card GTX 1060 or RX 580

Hi,

Anyone get a GTX 1060 6GB graphics card installed properly in their Acer TC-885? I am wondering if an upgrade to the power supply will be required and if so is there proprietary power connectors used by Acer?

I believe you have a 500W supply in yours, so you are likely OK for power, though it wouldn't be out of line to drop a 650W in instead, just to be sure you're not on the edge. There shouldn't be any proprietary connectors, just the standard ATX stuff.

There should be a sticker on the side of the PS that gives wattage. I don't remember any TC-885 SKUs that used a 300W, but it wouldn't be unusual for there to be some.
