I got mega cable installed both devices are Bluetooth I make a lot of calls Medically related and abroad my question begins with disconnecting the pair using my Samsung phone via Bluetooth1 problem i need to figure out is the chip and phone are with a company called Movistar, so i went into Provider section and tried to make Mega Cable my Provider in order to do this with my limited Computer skills I 'm hoping someone can make some suggestions to what mode i should be in so I'm not using minutes from Movistar and exclusively use it with my Mega Cable Bluetooth and lastly unsure how to disconnect the 2 devices so they work independently of each other.? In the U.S. any unused minutes/text/data with 1 carrier are not transferable to the new carrier.  If that is not the case in Mexico, you will need to speak with both carriers' customer care.
If you don't want to use the Chromebook as a phone, simply don't use the Android app.  It's easier than learning to delete the Android app on the Chromebook.
