Won't power on

Yesterday I was using my Laptop very fine (Aspire E 14 E5-473G-5459). I bought this two years ago. So last night, it turns off on its own after 10% remains in the battery. After, I charge my laptop. While charging, I tried to power it on. What I see is that it seems something is wrong with the LCD. I has lot's of line on the screen and it keeps flashing on and off that I can barely see the text on the screen. This morning, I tried to power it on and it is still the same as last night. But few minutes later, it goes back to the normal screen display. I tried to scan my laptop, while scanning... it powers off on it's own. Now, I tried to turn it on but it won't power on. Every time I press the ON button, the fan will generate but after 2 seconds it will stop. Basically it won't power on. I don't have any idea how to fix this. Or I don't know what might be the problem why is it doing like this. I also tried to charge even though its already full there seems to be no problem on the charging thing because it will show a light orange when it's charging. In the case of turning the power on, the blue light will only last for about a second or two. Could you give some advice please.
