Sound/video out of sync. Aspire VX5-591G

i updated my laptop for 3 months ago and then when i watched on youtube or other streaming services or on DVD the sound got out of sync. The sound gets out of sync in 5 to 8 min. I have tried using razer's own sound but that gets muffered. And i have tried to update drivers and even tried to update microsoft's drivers nothing helped. I have used the drivers from acer's website, realtek website i have tried watching tutorials on how to fix it but nothing worked. i hope somebody can help me fix it or if they can confrim it if it's the sound card that's been the bad part.

What is the version of windows 10? I think this may be some problem with audio and video codecs!
