Spin 7 will not charge or turn on

I have an Acer spin 7 laptop, model SP714-51-M024, purchased from Costco almost 2 years ago.  It was working perfectly fine yesterday morning and when I left the house for the day, I plugged it in to charge it, and when I returned in the evening, I found that it had not charged and would no longer power on.  I took it to Best Buy today to see if someone from the geek squad could help diagnose it, but was told that they do not service my model computer. This is extremely frustrating, as it was working perfectly fine yesterday morning! Is there a possibility that I just need a new charger or does it sound more likely that this is a hardware issue?

Try with a different charger and check the unit work. Try few troubleshooting steps which can fix the issue. If still the unit dont work than it might be Hardware issue. You might need to call Acer support.

power drain: Just check the back of the unit, you can find a pin hole , unplug the charger and turn off the unit. now put a paper clip in the small pin hole and press and hold it for 30 sec.(Make sure no external devices or charger is connected while performing this step)
