If you wish to transfer pictures from your device via your hotmail account, it is not clear as to where is your intended final destination.  Some image files, such .png,  may be too big to use any email as a carrier.

its simple while transferring images or files through e-mail 

Open the email account which you want to send your files through ex: if you are sending the files from yahoo to hotmail then open yahoo

> Once you open the mail click on compose 
> Click on paperclip icon which says as attachment. 
> now here select the image or file that you want to attach 
> Once after attaching the file enter the recipient email-address 
> do add any subject line or body if you want to
> Click on send ( Do make sure the attachment file is not big because it would end up undelivered )
