Acer wireless keyboard not connecting - Missing USB receiver ?

Hello All - Hope you can help. I have just bought a new Acer TC-885 desktop pc with a wireless mouse/keyboard option. I've tried to set this pc up but the wireless keyboard DKRF41B04J refuses to work (battery has been installed). The wireless mouse option powers on ok.
I've checked the instruction leaflet and it advises to install a USB receiver into one of the pc ports so the keyboard can synchronise ok. I've checked all the packaging and there is no USB receiver. I've contacted the company who sold me the pc and they say that a USB receiver isn't part of the pc package.
I've never used a wireless keyboard/mouse option before - am I missing something with the keyboard set up?

Thanks Paul

PS
I would have just used keyboard/mouse from my current pc but the connections for these don't match my new pc.

Hello Sharanji - Thanks for your reply. You are correct , the missing receiver was hidden inside the mouse battery door - had already looked in there :) . Wireless keyboard and mouse now up and running ok - I suppose you learn something new everyday. Thanks again for your help Sharanji :)

    Hi @paulz49
This model has a wireless keyboard and mouse. If you have a set of new wireless keyboard and mouse, please check your mouse to see if there is a receiver inside of the battery compartment door. Insert the wireless receiver into a USB port on the computer and check the keyboard and mouse.

What if the USB nano-dongle is missing, what shall one do? Is there any chance to get a replacement?
