Yeah bro I've been looking for fan control for the G9 rigs for a while now with no luck.

It has a 4 pin fan module for both fans so control SHOULD be possible, but all the control software I've tried hasn't worked yet.
Ive tried Speed fan, Argus etc etc.

There's no way to use another Pred Sense on the G9 since it's motherboard specific.

Our BIOs doesn't have fan control options.

I actually use a programmer that I took my laptop apart and hooked another computer up to my BIOs chip and unlocked/reprogrammed ALL the features INCLUDING fan controls and the BIOs fan controls don't work even with Predator Sense uninstalled.

Yes.. that's how much I've been trying to get fan controls lolol

    Hi jaykdaftary,
Thanks for your prompt reply. With Predator Sense  on this laptop you can track the temperatures inside the notebook and the fans speed. You can also see the current CPU frequency but unlike the 17X version of Predator Sense, you can’t overclock your system with one click. The advanced options give you the choice of always using the discrete graphics, use maximum speed or disable sticky keys.

    Hi Red-Sand,
Apart from the 3rd party apps you can tweak the fan settings from BIOS too. Try the following.
Besides that you may try to go to BIOS to make changes

Here’s how to access BIOS in Windows 10 and tweak fan-related settings on your own:

    1. Press Windows + I to open Settings.
    2. Open Update & security.potentially harmful software detected
    3. From the left pane, select Recovery.
    4. Under the Advanced Startup, click Restart Now.increase cpu fan speed software
    5. Click Troubleshoot.
    6. Select Advanced options.
    7. Choose UEFI Firmware settings.
    8. Click Restart.
    9. Your PC should boot in BIOS/UEFI settings.
    10. Once there, should have an easy time finding the fan configuration settings.

I will give a try with this if i will be able to change something.

    Like I said.

The G9-593 (i.e. Predator 15) does not have fan controls VIA BIOs.

Even if the BIOs chip is hacked/reprogrammed to enable fan controls, it does NOT work.

Agreed, it is not possible, i was able to install Predator sense of Helios 500 but none of the settings work. I install G9-593 service and Helios 500 both togather but app does not perform action i need to do like fan control or GPU overlocking. All the readings are wrong :(

    Go to C:/Program data/OEM/Predator Sense
And find the predatorsense config file.
    Its a notepad file.

Edit this and you will see a "Parent ID" of the GPU and CPU.. it starts with "PCI"
If you find the parent ID of your GPU in your system using device manager you could possibly change the parent Id in the notepad file to yours and maybe gain control.

So to recap, you can install and run the Helios 500's Predator Sense only when you have the G9's installed?

Yes, I decompiled the Helios 500 Installer and Psense exe both. there is not check for Model no from registry. All important code is written in Pssvc.exe which is written with Win32 c++ which can not be decompile. PSense just send a flag to this service and service make the change to do overclock or change the fan speed. These files are installed in Predator Service folder in /Program Files/Acer.

I Made the changes in Installer as below
    - in Installer of Helios 500 there is "plug" folder, I added Folder called "Predator G9-593" and added the "Feature.ini", "HW_Support.ini", "PredatorSense.ini"
    - Modified "PredatorSense.ini" file for GPU name and Overclock details, which i took from G9-593 listed under My GPU device id.
Made the some more changes in Feature.ini file as below

Post this changes u will be able to install and run Predator sense.

    Step to install
    - Install PSense of Helios 500 moded
    - Install Psense of your own system
    - U can run both
P.S. I tested it for G9-593 model, not sure about other model. just give it a try.
GPU name is one important part in PredatorSense.ini with it's overclock detail if that will good this might run well with Helios 300 properly.
your GPU name can be found on - Device manager-> Nvidia Card-> Properties, which needs to be put.
Try this and u may be able to do for your system.
