How do you reinstall predator sense? G9-793

Long story short. I got predator sense and thought it needed to be updated so i deleted it (apparently not properly) and then installed it again but it wont properly install since i didnt delete the first one properly and when i try to my anti-virus goes nuts. I have a Predator 17. Model name - G9-793. Serial Number - ********************** and SNID - **********. I have had this problem for a while, ever since i deleted the original predator sense which would have been a few months ago. I dont remember if anything on my computer changed that day except for deleting it and sorry if i do not have enough info it has been a few months and my memory is terrible.

Check FAQ - CPU, GPU, Temps, FPS, Settings, & Other Info info number 4 if it helps.

Thank you for your help although unfortunately none of these options helped, but even though the Windows 10 update might have something to do with it

Try using "IOBit Uninstaller" to uninstall all instances of Predator Sense in your system.
Then download from Acer's website and try to install again.
https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers

If you have ever deleted "XTU Service" from the service menu then you need to go through some steps for that.. let me know if you did.
You can also try running the installer in compatibility mode for Windows 8.
Lastly you can try installing the "Turbo Boost" drivers from Acer's website then give Predator Sense's installer another go.
