My laptop Acer Aspire 3 is 100% charged but when unplugged turns off.

It's new by the way I left the country that I bought it from, The warranty is still active .

    Hi @Alexanderalseed
    1. Unplug AC power adapter.
    2. Locate the battery reset pinhole on the bottom of the computer.
    3. Insert a small paperclip in the battery reset pinhole. Hold the reset button for 30 seconds.
    Power on the system. As soon as the first logo screen appears, immediately press F2 for notebooks 
    1. Press F9 and then Enter to load the default configuration.
    2. Press F10 and then Enter to save and exit.
    If those step didn't work please try this option 
    1. Press the Windows key + R on the keyboard.
    2. In the Run dialog box, type devmgmt.msc and press the Enter key on the keyboard.
    3. In Device Manager, click >next to Batteries.
    4. Right-click Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery, click Uninstall.
    5. Restart Your
