K222HQL, 2/3 of the screen is black

Hello,
My name is Sébastien, I post on the forum because I would like help to repair my monitor K222HQL. The problem is that when I returned from the grocery store I found 2/3 of my screen black and white in the center that fades to the black edges. I have tried some strategies to remedy this, including:

1. Unplug all wires connecting to the screen for a full night.

2. Disconnect all wires connecting to the screen and then press the power button for 30 seconds. Blue LED would appear and then disappear after 1 to 2 seconds.

Nothing has solved the problem for now. Suggestions?

This seems to be an hardware issue, you may contact Acer support in your region to get the monitor repaired.
