I have an ACER Chromebook. It has worked beautifully for years.  All of a sudden the power has died and the charger isn't working.  Any ideas?  Do I need a new charger or is the Chromebook dead?

Connect a different charger and check whether the Chromebook is charging or not. You can also connect the charger which you have for 30 min than touch and check whether the charger is warm or cold. If it is cold than the chargers is not working. If you think the charger is the problem than please contact Acer support and get a charger.

Even after connecting a new charger if you see the charger light is on than the problem might be with the Chromebook. So you need to contact Acer support
