Acer - Aspire E5-574G STATIC SOUND

I have a Acer - Aspire E5-574G laptop, lately I have been getting the weirdest static noise whenever I have music on, a youtube video or when I play world of warcraft. It seems to get even worse when I move my mouse around, I have changed mouses to make certain that was not the problem. It doesn't matter if I have headphones on or not, or if the computer is plugged in or not. I have tried having uninstall and reinstall the audio driver in case it was corrupted, I may have him try again, but I am still so confused and unsure of what to do.

This is a big problem for me, can anyone help?

Make sure the audio program is enabled:

It is possible that the "listen device" option in microphone is enabled, giving the impression that there is static! Disable listening on both microphone and stereo mix and test:

I know you've already uninstalled the driver! However I recommend now that you uninstall and delete the driver in the manager and leave only the default windows audio driver and test:

Are you using an external sound box that needs a power adapter? Or is this problem occurring on the noteboo speakers?

If it does not work, the speakers may be poorly connected:

Its not the problem with loose connection,because if the speakers were loosely connected then the static sound also appear in headphones. its an another problem
