Switch 10E board issue?

Hello everyone.

I can't get my switch 10E (SN: NTMX1AA007536DE4857206) to give me any feed back other than lights.

Symptoms:
1) Absolutely no feedback (Screen, lights, sounds) if not plugged in.
2) When plugged in via Micro USB port, I get a solid orange light.
3) When plugged in via Micro USB port, I can push the power button and now I get a alternating blue (2 second) and orange light (6 second).

Troubleshooting I've tried:
1) Pulled out power, disconnected battery from board. Held power button for 20 secs to discharge.
2) Confirmed battery is holding and taking a charge with multi-meter.
3) Plugged in Micro HDMI and attached to TV.
4) Pushed and held power and volume up simultaneous at boot for 10 seconds.
5) Unplugged and reconnected ribbon cables.
6) ( Not troubleshooting) I know the power button works because it reacts (with blue light) when pushed.
7) If the charger (micro USB cable) is removed while lights are on, all lights stop and do not re-illuminate.
8) Also, the only way to stop the blue and orange alternating light is to disconnect the battery. If I unplug the power cord, and reattach the lights will continue after.

I am at the point where I'm pretty sure the video hardware is shot. It drives me crazy that I get no sound though. And even more than that, I can't find any information on what the alternating lights indicate.

Please someone put me out of my misery. I'd like to revive the machine if possible. I fully understand this laptop is not a power house and I'm ok if the answer is, it's dead. I would like a confirmation on that. If there is any other information you need, please give me a shout.

Thanks,
love

    Thank you Sharanji,

This is good info and is relevant to my issue. I also, found that info in the manual before posting here. Unfortunately, it only speaks to the status of the battery and not about the current status of the switch. To be more clear, I was looking for what lights appear when the the laptop is powered on, when it's plugged in and powered on. I'd like to get some info to help with diagnosis (A smoking gun if you will).

    Good call on the Acer support. However, I don't have support for this device either as it was sold in 2015. (I tried that exactly right before posting here as well.) I didn't get information of what this device looks like when it's working properly. I got this after it was broken. :,{
