Hi,

I've tried downloading and installing the touchpad drivers direct from Asus. Under Mice in Device settings the only driver shown reads 'PS/2 Port compatible pointing device'. I have tried clicking update driver and I've tried uninstalling that driver (it auto returns on reboot).

Touchpad works fine but gestures don't function.

    Hi Shivam7261,
What is the model number of your laptop. Not all existing laptops that have been updated to Windows 10 will be able to use these gestures. More modern Windows 10 devices should be capable of doing so.

Technically, this requires a “Precision Touchpad.” You can check if your PC has a precision touchpad by opening the Settings app, selecting Devices, and selecting “Mouse & touchpad.” You’ll see the line “Your PC has a precision touchpad” under the “Touchpad” heading here if it does.

If it does  for advanced features like scroll and such, search google for Touchpad_Synaptics_17.0.6.21_W7x64_A and touchpad_ELANTECH_11.6.24.209_W7x64_A. Try installing both, one of them will work, and you the touchpad customization app.

Could you please let me know if the gestures have ever worked in your computer
