Should I use 90W adapter in my Acer Aspire 5 A515-51G-51EM?

Hello everyone! I have Acer Aspire 5 A515-51G-51EM with Core i5-8250U and MX150. When I play games like "The Witcher 1", I notice that there are some FPS drops and sometimes It freezes for about 2 seconds. I have already tried to configure Best Performance in NVIDIA Control Panel, plug in while gaming, put in best performance mode, but nothing seems to happen. I read some threads online saying that the MX150 and i5-8250U need A.C adapter 90W to perform without throttling or freezing. Should I buy 90W adapter instead of using 65W adapter? Does 90W adapter burn my motherboard? Thank you very much!

Most of the Aspire 5 A515-51G comes with 65W adapter. So i suggest you to use the Adapter came along with the unit

Power Adapter
• 45W AC adapter (2.37A max.)
• 65W AC adapter (3.42A max.)
