Insane temperatures while gaming

-Model number - Predator G3-572
-Part number(not required, but helpful) - NH.Q2CSI.003
-CPU - i7 7700HQ
-GPU - GTX 1050Ti
-Operating system - Windows 10

I purchased the laptop around 21st September 2017 and I was facing very high temperature issue. However soon I found a solution of turning off the " Turbo Boost" and that had controlled the temperatures.

Around a couple of Months ago the temperatures again started crossing the nominal threshold and I found out about the drawbacks of disabling the turbo boost. So I undervolted the CPU using HotelHero's (Opoka Opoka) Guide on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N3v3o21M8gg I also followed the windows optimization guide https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XTPMwQKlfPE ... The temperatures had come under control for a while... But soona gain the temperatures are crossing their threshold even while playing games like Dota2 on Medium Settings. I am unable to find a solution to counteract these high temperatures while not playing heavy graphic intensive games.

I suggest you first alternately vacuum the air intake port and blow air through the exhaust ports a few times. Then enable turboboost, set power plan to high/max performance and CPU/GPU at system defaults (no undervolting etc). What insane temps do you then see under heavy loads. Jack E/NJ

Seeing as how your undervolting to -0.125 and also a speed shift of 128 AND your system thermal throttles at 95 C thats really crazy your hitting 99 C in a game like DOTA.

Whats your CPU idle %?

Also I agree with @JackE to clean dust from your fans, youd be suprised at how much dust accumulates over a short period of time.
Alternatively you can get compressed air can (the kind made to clean out keyboards) and while your laptop is turned off and unplugged shoot the air into the left side of each fan in *BURSTS* (you dont want to hold down the air as it can create moisture/ice) to get dust out.

Just played hitman absolution for about 10 odd minutes and see the temperatures in the attached screenshot. I've yet to clean the fans and I"ll be doing that in a couple of hours from now. Stopped playing for the moment on my laptop until i clean the fans and figure out a way out of these temperatures. My CPU idle percentage varies between 5-7%

I"ll clean the fan and vents, However the turbo boost has been enabled since I undervolted. Before undervolting I had it disabled. Power plan is set to max performance.

Don't put power plan to max, it only sets processor on max at all times, and this only increases heat. Many might argue, but in my custom plan, I even have cpu cores parked at all times, and it still gives me nice performance even when playing intensive games. I processor min is 0, and my EPP is 128.

See my CPU usage at low-little more than low loads.

Very nice assortment of processor power management registries! Did you add them yourself or is this native to Windows 7 installations?
I do not have many of these options.

Thank you @Red-Sand. These are added as part of "Park Control" software. The values in them are picked by me after quite some trial and error.

Net effect of these and the below one - without any external aids like fans - max temp on Wildlands is CPU at 67 and GPU at 62 :-) a decrease of well over 25 degrees compared to none.

Surprise! Below are the benchmark results with my above settings!
CPU temp max: 72 C
GPU temp max: 69 C
Pretty low especially considering I put all settings on extreme, including tessellation, and still managed a respectable average FPS of 61.8.

Earlier FPS average was 60.x, but this was with all at extreme and tessellation disabled.

I forgot to update @Red-Sand & @JackE , I raised a request and a service agent promptly came to my house and he opened up the laptop and cleaned the vents & fans and I also had my thermal paste compound changed to Coolermaster Mastergel. Now the temperatures are very much in control and the primary cause of such high temperatures was dust and debris clogged in the fan vents. Thanks for you're support.
