I have bought the device 5 days ago, then i checked the device and everything was good, so I started updating everything including BOIS.
after I finished updating the GPU was not detected by the system even in Device Manager > Display adapter. it only shows the integrated Intel GPU.
I performed the following action, but it didn't work at all. Even GeForce is not detecting anything

1. reset windows 10
2. I tried to downgrade the BIOS, but it didn't work "the installed version is newer than the one you want to install" < something like that.

3. reset the battery with reset pin button
4.tryed to install the driver in safe mode
5. tried to install the driver manually

Please HELP !!

It could be the dreaded error 43.

A while back Nvidia released a bad batch of GPU chips that were faulty.

In my opinion the best bet is to send it to Acer under warranty and have them replace the motherboard.

I think the issue occurs because of the BIOS, but i don't know how to downgrade the bios to an older version
